By purchasing this package you will get a completely custom WordPress based website designed according to your requirements. We've chosen WordPress as it is the most popular CMS nowadays and we have tons of experience with it, but if you prefer something different, just let us know!
What happens after I place an order?
- You will receive an email with a few questions about your website's requirements. Take your time to answer these questions in detail.
- We will start working on your website based on the answers you provided. A first draft may take up to 2 weeks to complete.
- You will have the opportunity to review your website and provide feedback as many times as you want. We want you to be 100% satisfied with what you get.
- After you are completely satisfied with your website, we will put it online for you. You must provide us access to your web hosting plan for this step. If you don't have a web hosting plan or a domain name, we can host the website for you on our Managed Hosting Plan!

- I want to purchase your website design service but what I want doesn't fit within the parameters of this package. What can I do?
- If you are looking for custom work, use the "Request Quotation" button to contact us directly with the details of your project.
- I want a website but I don't know how it should look.
- I am sure you've visited a website or two before that you really liked in terms of design. Just give us the links to those websites with a brief explanation of what you liked about them. We will use them as inspiration for your own website. Alternatively, you could also browse some of our templates over here (currently in development). Note that if you choose one of the premium templates, you will get it for free if you purchase the Small Business Web Design service.
If you really can't figure it out, don't worry! We will do our own research within your business sector to discover what the current web design trends are and we will make your design according to our findings. Remember that you will have the opportunity to provide us with plenty of feedback if you don't like something. We will work with you until you are 100% satisfied with what you get!
- Why are you charging one third of the full price already?
- We've had the unfortunate experience of customers changing their minds after we've already put a lot of work into creating their websites.
If you request a refund within 48 hours, we will issue a full refund for the amount paid. After 48 hours this amount becomes non-refundable.
